• We offer custom designed components & parts, forged in shapes as per drawings, in many grades of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel.

• Supply conditions are offered determined by application &usage. Typically heat treated and machined forgings are used most.

• CNC turning / machining centers / grinding and other Precisions machines are at our disposal, ensuring machine forged parts. Forgings are heat treated to achieve case hardness, full hardness, appropriate to material grades as per applications.

• We offer forgings from 0.10 kg weight.

• Typical forged and machine parts are all types of gears, couplings, guide rollers, closing parts, brackets, flanges & fittings, connectors etc.
