• Manufactured on Precision Power / Hydraulic Presses & ancillary machines, from CRCA, High Carbon Steel, Spring Steel / Stainless Steel / Non ferrous grades: Bend, pierced, pounced, embossed, deep drawn, resistance welded, surface treatment electro galvanized/painted – from 0.1 mm to 16 mm thickness.

• Additional as required secondary processes like resistance welding, surface treatments enables us offering stand alone parts or ready to use component/ subassemblies.

• All dies & tools are manufactured on CNC machines using CAD CAM, Solid modeling computer added tools and are qualified after sample inspection on CMM.
